Calendar
Overview of the calendar tools available in SeeRM.
Overview
SeeRM includes a powerful calendar view that gives you a complete overview of users, orders, and events.
The calendar helps you plan, coordinate, and understand availability across your organization.
Global Calendar
The main calendar shows a weekly overview of all users and what is booked on their calendars.
- Displays both orders and events
- Events can include:
- Vacation
- Sick leave
- Informational events
- Weekends can be shown or hidden depending on your needs
You can find the global calendar under Main Menu → Calendar.
Filters
The calendar includes multiple filters to help you focus on what matters:
- Squad
- User
- Order type
- Free text search
User Visibility (Admins)
Administrators can control which users appear in the calendar:
- Go to Admin → Users
- Right-click a user
- Set them as Bookable or Unbookable
This is useful if some users should not have orders booked and you want to exclude them entirely from the calendar view.
Calendar Settings (Admins)
Administrators can further customize calendar behavior under:
Admin → Settings → Calendar
Available settings include:
- Preventing orders from being booked on users with blocking events (for example, vacation)
- Showing or hiding holidays in the calendar
- Selecting which types of holidays to display
- Locking the calendar to a specific date to prevent changes
- Useful when exporting data and ensuring no changes occur afterward
These controls allow you to tailor the calendar experience to match how your organization works.
Personal Calendar
Each user also has a personal calendar, showing a monthly overview for the logged-in user.
- Similar functionality to the global calendar
- Focused only on your own schedule
You can find it by:
- Clicking the user icon in the top-right corner:
- Selecting Settings
- Opening the Calendar tab
