FAQ
Provide order-specific questions, answers, and information to improve usability.
Overview
The FAQ feature allows you to upload:
- Questions and answers
- General order-related information
- Documents related to orders
This helps users quickly find the information they need while working on an order.
Access & Management
Only Admins can create and modify FAQs.
Management is done in Admin → Order → FAQ.
Order Type Relevance
When creating a FAQ entry, you select one or more order types that the FAQ relates to.
- The FAQ will only be visible inside orders of the selected type
- This ensures users only see information relevant to the current order
- Improves usability by reducing clutter and focusing attention on what matters
