Leads

Manage sales opportunities and follow them from first contact to outcome.

Leads are used to handle sales opportunities and follow-ups in SeeRM.

Each lead must belong to a customer, and a customer can have multiple leads. A lead must have a unique name and an address.

Leads also have important fields such as:

  • Info - A description or summary of the lead
  • Close date - The date when the lead is expected to be closed
  • Value - The total value of the lead if it is won
  • Assigned - One or more users connected to the lead
  • Owner - One optional owner responsible for the lead
  • Priority - Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
  • Status - Read more in Statuses
  • Source - Read more in Sources
  • Type - Read more in Types

Leads Overview

Leads are available in Main Navigation → Leads, where you see a table of all leads in the system.

In this table view you have:

  • Multiple filters to narrow down leads
  • Free-text search
  • Bulk selection for performing actions on multiple leads

From the top-right corner of the table you can also:

  • Create a new lead manually with the plus icon:
  • Open the lead financial dashboards with the dashboard icon:

Clicking a lead opens the detailed lead view.

Your Personal Lead Board

In the top-right corner you also have your user icon:

From there you can open Leads, which takes you to your personal kanban board for leads.

This board shows the leads where you are assigned and the leads where you are the owner. They are automatically grouped by status, using the order configured under Admin → Leads → Statuses.

From the board you can:

  • Move leads between statuses
  • Get a quick overview of your own pipeline
  • Click a lead card to open the detailed lead view

Lead Detail View

The lead detail view can be opened from Main Navigation → Leads or from your personal lead board.

This is the main workspace for handling a lead in detail. Here you can:

  • Upload files
  • View images
  • Communicate with the customer
  • Set reminders and follow-ups
  • Reassign the lead
  • Change status, priority, source, and type
  • Work with the lead information in more detail

If the Oneflow integration is enabled, you can also send offers from the lead.

Bulk Actions

When selecting multiple leads in the table, you can perform bulk actions such as:

  • Sending templates, read more in Templates
  • Changing lead statuses
  • Changing lead sources
  • Changing lead priorities
  • Changing lead types

Lead templates are created in the same way as other templates, but lead templates are specific to leads because the available variables are different.

Creating Leads

Leads can be created:

  • Manually from the leads overview
  • Through APIs, which you can read more about in Lead API

Automations

Leads also support automations with triggers, conditions, and actions, similar to orders.

You can read more under Automations.

Reminders

Leads support reminders and follow-ups directly inside the lead.

You can read more about reminder types and notifications in Reminders.
