Configure dashboards to visualize data in SeeRM.
Overview
Dashboards are a tool for visualizing data in SeeRM, they allow data to be grouped and displayed in different visual formats to give better insight into your business.
Dashboard Groups
A dashboard group is a named collection of dashboards.
It is used to organize related dashboards and control how they are displayed together.
Admins can create any number of dashboard groups.
Dashboards
A dashboard defines how a specific set of data should be visualized.
Dashboard Types
There are four types of dashboards:
- Line - Simple line chart
- Bar - Bar chart
- Area - Line chart with a filled area
- Stat - Displays a single numeric value
Data Sources
Each dashboard is based on one of the following data sources:
- Orders
- Invoices
- Actions
Layout & Size
Dashboard layout is configurable:
- Stat dashboards always take up ¼ of the horizontal space
- Line, Bar, and Area dashboards take up ½ of the horizontal space by default
- Line, Bar, and Area dashboards can optionally be set to full width
Each dashboard can also be assigned to a specific dashboard group.
Interactive Mode
For Line, Bar, and Area dashboards, an interactive mode can be enabled.
When enabled:
- Each data key is split into its own visualization
- Buttons appear on the dashboard, allowing users to switch between views
Ordering Dashboards
The order of dashboards within a dashboard group can be customized using the Index value.
This allows full control over how dashboards are displayed on the dashboard page for each group.
Management (Admins)
Only Admins can create and manage dashboards.
