Issues

Automatically detect and surface problems across customers and orders.

Issues are used to highlight problems in the system. A problem typically means something that has been missed, forgotten, or left in an incorrect state.

Every night, a background job runs through all customers and all orders. It compares their current state against your configured issue thresholds and rules, and then generates a list of active issues.

Admins can configure and manage these rules under Admin → Settings → Issues.

Configuration

Each issue type has its own configuration. For example, you can define how long an order is allowed to stay in the Blocked status before it becomes an issue. Setting the value to 0 disables that specific issue.

Other examples include detecting orders that are Booked but not assigned to anyone, or orders missing required data.

Purpose

Issues are designed to help maintain a structured and reliable way of working. Missing things and making mistakes is inevitable, and Issues exist to systematically detect and surface those mistakes so they can be handled early.

Viewing and Managing Issues

You can access all current issues from Main Navigation → Issues.

This view presents a table of all active issues in the system. From here, you can:

  • Filter issues based on multiple criteria
  • Mark issues as handled
  • Delete issues

If an issue is not actually fixed, it will automatically reappear the next time the nightly job runs.
