Types
Overview of all issue types and what they mean.
Below is a list of all available issue types, along with an explanation of what each one represents.
Badly Booked
Bad quality on booked order
If the order status is Booked, then all of the following must be set:
- Assigned user
- Booked date
- Status
If one of these is set, the other two must also be set.
Slow Completion
Too long in Booked state before Completed
The order has remained in the Booked state longer than the configured allowed time before it should be marked as Completed.
Missing Invoice
No invoice sent past stale time
The order should have an invoice after being booked and after the installation date has passed, but no invoice exists within the configured stale time.
Stale “New” Order
Order with status New past configured stale time
The order is still in the New status and has exceeded the configured allowed time.
Stale “Contacted” Order
Order with status Contacted past configured stale time
The order is still in the Contacted status and has exceeded the configured allowed time.
Stale “Waiting” Order
Order with status Waiting past configured stale time
The order is still in the Waiting status and has exceeded the configured allowed time.
Stale “Blocked” Order
Order with status Blocked past configured stale time
The order is still in the Blocked status and has exceeded the configured allowed time.
Cancelled Invoice
Order has a cancelled invoice
The order has an invoice that has been cancelled.
Order Control Done
At least one order control is done, but the order is not completed
The order has at least one completed order control, but the order itself is not in the Completed status.
Invoice and Control Done
Invoice and at least one order control is done, but the order is not completed
The order has both:
- A completed invoice
- At least one completed order control
But the order is still not marked as Completed.
Missing Order Control
Order control is missing
The booked date for the order has passed, but the order has zero order controls.
Marked and Invoice Done
Order is marked as done and invoice is done, but the order is not completed
The order is marked as done and the invoice is completed, but the order status is still not Completed.
Missing Order Type
Missing order type
The order does not have an order type assigned.
Missing Order Partner
Missing order partner
The order does not have an order partner assigned.
