Installer View
A focused working environment for installers.
When a user is created with the role INSTALLER, they automatically get access to the Installer View at /installer.
No additional configuration is required.
Order Access
Installers only have access to orders that are explicitly assigned to them. They cannot see any other orders in the system.
Their primary working environment is the mobile app, which you can read more about in Mobile App. However, installers also have access to a web-based Installer View, which is useful when:
- They have many assigned orders
- They prefer working on a computer rather than a mobile device
Permissions and Capabilities
Installers have a strictly limited permission set. They:
- Can view assigned orders
- Can add articles to orders (not see or modify invoices)
- Can create and perform controls on orders
The Installer View is intentionally designed to be focused and task-oriented, ensuring installers can perform their work efficiently without access to sensitive or administrative functionality.
