Squads

Group users into teams to organize work, assignments, and visibility.

Overview

Squads are a way to group users into teams, departments, or any other type of collaboration group.

They help structure how work is assigned, filtered, and understood across the system, especially when multiple teams are working in parallel.

Managing Squads

Squads can be created and modified by Admins in:

Admin → Squads

This is where you define how your organization is structured and which users belong to which squads.

What Squads Are Used For

Squads can be used throughout the system to:

  • Assign actions
  • Assign tasks
  • Filter views to show only relevant information

This makes it easier to work at scale without being overwhelmed by data that is not relevant to you.

Assigning Customers to Squads

Customers can be assigned to one or more squads.

When a customer belongs to a squad:

  • All related orders and actions are clearly associated with that team
  • Team members can quickly understand ownership and responsibility
  • It becomes easier to collaborate within the correct group

Filtering by Squad

Squads make it possible to control what you see in the system.

By filtering on squads you are a member of, you can:

  • Focus only on customers and orders relevant to your team
  • Reduce noise from unrelated work
  • Get a clearer overview of your responsibilities

This is especially useful for users who work in specific departments or roles.

Flexibility & Collaboration

Squads are intentionally flexible and can represent:

  • Departments
  • Project teams
  • Temporary collaboration groups
  • Any other organizational structure you need

This flexibility allows the system to adapt to how your company actually works, rather than forcing a rigid structure.
