Quick Actions

User-specific actions to quickly perform common tasks in SeeRM.

Overview

Quick Actions are user-level automations that you can create for yourself.
They are personal, not global, and only affect your own workflow.

Quick Actions help you perform common tasks faster with just a click or a keyboard shortcut.

What You Can Do

Quick Actions can be used to:

  • Send user templates (read more in Templates)
  • Assign an order to yourself
  • Change an order’s status
  • Trigger actions such as calling a customer

Creating & Managing Quick Actions

You can create and modify your Quick Actions from:

  • Click the user icon in the top-right corner
  • Select Settings
  • Open Quick Actions

How Quick Actions Work

Each Quick Action consists of:

Type (Scope)

The type defines what the action applies to:

  • Customer - Actions related to the customer
  • Order - Actions related to the order

Action

The action defines what will happen, such as:

  • Changing an order status
  • Assigning an order
  • Triggering communication
  • And more...

Keyboard Shortcut (Optional)

You can optionally define a keyboard shortcut.

When you are inside the customer view, pressing the shortcut will immediately perform the action.

Using Quick Actions

All your Quick Actions are available:

  • In the Quick Actions menu in the top-right corner in any page inside the customer view.
  • By using the assigned keyboard shortcut

This makes common actions fast, consistent, and easy to access.
