Statuses
Define how leads move through your sales process.
Lead statuses are created under Admin → Leads → Statuses.
Each status has:
- A name
- A color so statuses are easy to distinguish
- An index that controls the order in which statuses are shown
- A probability, which is the chance of winning the lead when it is in that status
Probability is set as a percentage between 0 and 100.
In most cases it is helpful to:
- Set the status you use for Won to
100 - Set the status you use for Lost to
0
The status order is also used on the personal lead board available from the user menu.
