Google Maps

Visualize orders on a map for route planning and better overview.

Overview

The Google Maps integration gives you a visual, map-based overview of your orders.
By plotting orders on a map, you can easily understand where work is located, plan physical routes, and decide where to go next.

You can find Maps from the main page → Maps.

Map Types

There are several ways to work with maps:

  • Pre-generated maps
Automatically created per order type. Selecting one will plot all orders of that specific type on the map.

  • Multi maps
Display multiple order types on the same map. You can enable or disable order types using filters to control what is visible.

  • Generated maps from orders
From the Orders view, you can select any number of orders and choose Generate map.
This creates a map containing only the selected orders, regardless of order type.

Filtering

Maps support multiple filters to control what is shown, including:

  • Order type
  • Order partner
  • Order status

This helps you focus only on the orders relevant to you.

Manual Pins

On pre-generated maps, you can also add manual pins by right-clicking on the map and giving the pin a name.
Manual pins are useful for marking locations not directly tied to an order.

Configuration

Map-related settings can be configured by Administrators.
Configuration is done in Admin → Integrations → Google Maps.
These settings control how the map behaves and how data is visualized across the system.
