Statuses

An order always starts in the New status.

The following statuses exist:

• New
  Automatically set when an order is created.

• Pending
  Can be used freely based on your workflow.

• Contacted
  Can be used freely based on your workflow.

• Waiting
  Can be used freely based on your workflow.

• Booked
  The order has been scheduled or booked. The order should remain in this status until it is completed.

• Blocked
  The order is expected to happen but cannot currently be performed.

• Cancelled
  The order will not happen, but is kept for statistical or analytical purposes. Otherwise, the order could simply be deleted.

• Completed
  The order has been fully completed.

Except for New, Booked, Cancelled, and Completed, statuses are intentionally not opinionated and can be used in whatever way fits your workflow.
