Order Info

Order Info is structured information attached to an order, represented as predefined keys with values.

Admins define order info fields under Admin → Order → Info Data.

Each order info definition contains:

• A keyword, used to identify the field internally
• A text, which is a short label
• A formatted text, which is the full text shown to installers and in order info links

For example:

• Keyword: wifi
• Text: WiFi Name
• Formatted text: What is the WiFi name?

Field Behavior

For each order info field, you can configure:

• Whether the field is hidden from installers (useful for sensitive data)
• Whether the value should be added to the customer profile (for example SSN)
• Whether the value represents a product definition
• Whether the value is expected to be an image
• Which order types and order partners the field applies to

Adding Values

Order info values can be added:

• During order creation through APIs, read more in APIs
• During uploads, read more in Order Uploads
• Manually inside the order

Order Info Links

You can generate a short-lived link (default 7 days) and send it to anyone, most commonly the customer. Through this link, the recipient can:

• Fill in text values
• Upload images

The links are generated in the customer view in the Info tab. Admins can configure link behavior, permissions, and default expiration under Admin → Settings → Info Links.
