Partner View

When a user has the role PARTNER, they get access to a dedicated area of SeeRM called the Partner View.

When a PARTNER user navigates to SeeRM, they are automatically redirected to /partner. No additional setup or configuration is required by either you or the partner user.

Order Visibility

Every user with the PARTNER role must have at least one order partner assigned to them. The assigned order partners determine:

• Which orders the partner user can see
• What permissions they have on those orders inside the Partner View

Order partner permissions are managed under Admin → Order → Partners. You can read more about order partners in Order Partners.

User-role assignments and partner connections are managed under Admin → Users. You can read more about users in Users.

Use Cases

The Partner View is useful in many scenarios, such as:

• Giving external partners visibility into their own orders
• Reducing manual communication and status updates
• Allowing partners to perform limited actions on orders, if permissions are granted

This allows partners to follow the progress of their orders independently while you remain fully in control of access and permissions.
